  • Control system

According to the requirements of customer, the control system includes the semi-automatic and full-automatic type. In the control room, the workers can operate all the productive procedures, so the control system can improve the capacity and enhance the safety index.

  • Weighing system

It controls the raw material in the beginning and decides the quality to a certain extent. The stationary concrete batching plant is usually a kind of large equipment. The weighing system adopts the sensor, so the weighing system can achieve the automatic working. Generally speaking, there is three or more hopper in one set machine to put raw materials, so the materials can weigh separately.

  • Feeding system

Our Company offers two kind of feeding systems. One is hopper type, and the other is belt type. On the one hand, the cost of hopper type feeding method is low, and the space occupation is small. If the project is not so large, the space is limiting, the hopper type will be a good choice. On the other hand, the ground belt type concrete plant occupied is larger relatively. It must be spread in the ground, so that it can convey the aggregate in a long distance; but it can keep working continuously and it won’t be effected by the bad weather such as rain and snow. By the way, the belt type is designed with safety fence and protective top for maintenance and clearing.

  • Batching plant silo

The batching plant silos are spliced tight together. Almost all of the structure is made of steel. The main body is propped up with four circular tube legs and installed on the foundation. Protective fences are prepared inside and outside the silo, and the fence can ensure the safe when the worker climb the silo. The silo is an air-tight space so that it adopts the arch broken structure to improve the performance of the silo. Because the silos are used to store the concrete, fly ash, in the top part of the silo, the dust collecting equipment is mounted. In addition, we insist in innovating to protect the environment and improve the productive quality.

  • The screw conveyor

As a type of conveying equipment, the screw conveyor is used to transport concrete, fly ash and other raw materials in the concrete batching plant, but it can’t be used to convey the sticky and perishable materials. It is the bridge that connects the cement silo and mixing console. Compared with other conveying machines, one of the advantages of screw conveyor is that it has small section size and good sealing performance. In the meantime, smooth and reliable operation, multiple loading and unloading in the middle, safe operation and simple maintenance are also the advantages of screw conveyor. The screw conveyor is divided into two kinds in accordance with the form of conveying: the shaft screw conveyor and non-axel screw conveyor.

  • Concrete mixer

Stationary concrete batching plant usually adopts twin shaft concrete mixer. It uses two symmetrical spiral axis of the synchronous rotation. In the control room, workers can control the speed of the rotation. The rate of volume transfer is proportional to the rotation rate of the shaft, so twin shaft concrete mixer improves the mixing capacity and speed. Water can be added and powder material can be humidified while conveying dry powder and other powdery material so that the process of humidified material doesn’t droplet. The mixed material can be transported with truck or other conveying equipment.
