Components of Concrete Plant 

A. Concrete Mixer

The mixing console is the core of a plant. The mixing machine of concrete mixing plants can be divided into forced concrete mixer and self loading concrete mixer according to mixing mode. Forced concrete mixer is the mainstream of mixing plants at home and abroad now. Concrete batching plants usually adopt JS series twin shaft concrete mixer as the main mixer. It can be used to mix hard-dry concrete and light aggregate concrete.

B. weighing system

The weighing system is necessary in every plant and has a crucial influence on the costs of production. It is an important element which decides the quality of concrete. The aggregate weighing, powder weighing, and liquid weighing are the main three parts to constitute the weighing system. In General, batching plant capacity less than 20 cubic meters per hour adopts the weighing method of superposition which is to say that aggregate including stone and sand uses a weigh. The concrete and fly ash use a weigh, but the water and liquid admixture are weighed separately. And then put the liquid admixture into the water hopper to premix. Concrete batching plant with capacity of over 50 cubic meters, however, adopts separately weighing. All of the weighing process can be controlled by electronic scale and microcomputer. So it has high accuracy and the accuracy can be controlled within 1%.

C. Conveying system

Conveying system has two types. One is hopper type, the other is belt type. The advantage of hopper type is simple in the architecture and small in the covering area. It is suitable in the projects which is lower than 50 cubic meters per hour output production. The belt type has the advantage of long distance transportation and high capacity. It also has the low error rate and can support continuous conveying. The belt type conveyor is often used in the concrete batching plant which has the aggregate silo. So the conveyor belt can increase the productive efficiency and improve the safety index. It is usually adopted in concrete batching plant with capacity of more than 60 cubic meters per hour output production. The available concrete powder mainly is cement, fly ash and mineral powder. The conveying method of powder usually selects the screw conveyor. And the large mixing buildings also have the pneumatic conveying and scraper. The spiral transport we suggest is a screw conveyor with simple structure, lower cost, and reliable usage. The transportation of liquid mainly refers to the water and liquid admixtures which are conveyed by the water pump.

D. Storing System

The storing system mainly refers to the big silo and warehouse. Of course, some of the materials can be put in the air. But the silo is a hermetically-sealed construction. All of the raw materials are transported by the screw conveyor. The aggregate can put in the air, but the cement silo is waterproofed. The admixture is stored by the steel structure container. The storing system is connected with the other systems, so it is convenient in the process of mixing.

E. Control System

The control system we provide is semi-automatic and fully automatic. It is the heart of the whole equipment. The worker in the controlling room can operate the process of production. It achieved the automation and enhanced the productive capacity. According to the different user’s requirements and the styles, the control system has different functions and preparations. In general, in the construction scene small batching control system is much simple than the large control system.
